What is Fibromyalgia?

It is a chronic disorder that causes pain and tenderness throughout body. The causes of it are idiopathic but yet this disorder have a sharp sensitivity of pain. Due to this, the quality of life gets disturbed. Usually, this condition affects 2 to 4% of people especially women and affect the ages between 30 and 50. Moreover, people who having other rheumatic diseases also at a higher risk of having fibromyalgia.
Usually, the symptom for fibromyalgia is varied to individual. But commonest symptoms are extensive pain that causes fatigue, sleep disorders, will undergo depression, having digestive problem, migraine and etc. Another problem that will facing by them are having fibro fog which means the do have problem with concentration, memory lapses and remembering things.
